Return & Exchange Policy

Return window

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange, in line with applicable law.

Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags attached.
• Items must be returned with their original packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, swimwear can only be returned with the hygiene strip intact.
• Personalised items or clearance products may be excluded from returns.

How to return

1. 1Sign in to your account, go to My orders and open the relevant order.
2. 2Click “Request return/exchange", fill in the form (reason, items, details, photo if needed) and accept the return policy.
3. 3Once your request is approved by our team, ship the parcel to the address below.
4. 4You will be notified by email at each step of the process.

Refund

After we receive and check the returned items, refunds are issued within 14 days using the same payment method. For an exchange, we ship the new item once the return is received.
